Thank you for shopping at Rizz Collective! Since our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, please read our refund policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
